Each
workshop will last 60 minutes and will be split up into 3
sessions starting at 11.00am and will include a show that
takes place in the vevening with performances from Flava
and the participants. Workshops are for all levels and no
dance experience is necessary. Our dance styles include Hip
Hop, Lyrical and Break Dancing which is taught through two
routines. The routines learnt are then showcased in the final
performance. Workshops also include confidence building games,
a set warm up, how to cool down and an inspirational talk.
WORKSHOP TIMES:
Session 1, 11.00am - 12.00pm.
Session 2 , 12.30pm - 1.30pm.
Session 3, 2.00pm - 3.00pm.
Evening performance:
Doors open from 7-30pm. Finish 10-30pm
